The Roselyn Programme
A Finding Your Gold programme for girls, women and mothers.
Programme Inspiration
As someone who stepped into independent living and motherhood as a teenager, my mission is to build the supportive community and services I needed back then.
The name Roselyn is deeply personal. It combines my mother’s middle name, Rose, and my maternal grandmother’s name, Roslyn, who was part of the Windrush generation. Like me, they both entered motherhood at a young age and navigated significant challenges without the kind of support that a programme like this could have provided. Naming the programme after them reflects the generations of resilience, strength, and hope that inspire our work every day.
Through our work, we have seen how the right kind of support can empower girls, women and mothers to regain control of their lives; however, many fall through the net and do not receive the support they need, or that connects with them.
Our findings so far highlight a clear demand for enhanced mental health support and dedicated resources for neurodivergent individuals
This led us to our long-term vision to expand The Roselyn Programme by incorporating The Psychotherapeutic Hub alongside the programme; a welcoming therapeutic space where individuals, parents, children and caregivers can access early intervention and relationship-centred, long-term support. This next phase of our work will launch once funding and strategic partnerships are secured.
We are actively seeking funding partners, commissioners, corporate supporters and collaborators who share our vision of breaking cycles of trauma through longer-term interventions, strengthening families and creating lasting change within our communities.
We believe that lasting change happens through relationships, therapeutic support, and sustained advocacy- not short-term intervention. We are seeking partners who share our belief and vision.
What We Offer
The Roselyn Programme was designed to support girls, women and mothers who may be vulnerable and/or going through a challenging time in their lives.
Participants will have access to the foundational FYG mentoring, coaching and workshops, tailored to their needs, and workshop units will also extend to covering subjects such as preparing for motherhood, managing trauma and more
ADVOCACY
Within the programme, we offer an advocacy service that specialises in supporting mothers navigating care proceedings and the court system, whilst filling the gap in support for mothers once care proceedings are complete.
What sets our advocacy service apart is our comprehensive support model and robust multi-agency approach. This has led us to collaborate with key partners - from leading charities and local authorities to legal counsel and residential centres, including specialised health trusts like SLaM,
Our Solution
We equip participants with the essential skills they need to make positive changes in their lives and build strong foundations for their future.
We can build genuine connections from the grassroots level, reaching individuals other organisations cannot reach. This creates lasting impact and builds confidence.
The tools we provide enable individuals to break through limitations and redefine what is possible for their future.
